• The countdown begins once you first login and does not stop the timer if you disconnect your device. For example if you activate your voucher at midday 12pm, it expires at 3pm regardless.

• Outages / No Wi-Fi... There maybe times of unscheduled outage for unknown reasons, however we are notified instantly and we will resolve as soon as possible, once back online, your time will be generously extended.

When you are at your location, if this service exists it will be advertised along with free connection to authenticate and make payment to enjoy internet access for 3 hours . You have to be onsite to both make payment and access the service.

• Make Payment: Anytime up to 8pm daily will allow you to purchase a voucher. We limit this because our service operation times for the paid service is between 8am and 10pm. If you purchase a voucher and wanted to use it straight away, then 7pm would still give you the 3 hours access until 10pm. however if you don't activate the voucher until say 8pm, you would only get 2 hours and would forfeit the remaining hour as the service ends at midnight. We have allowed payment up to 8pm just incase you are happy to pay for 2 hours knowing it ends at 10pm.
